Entertainment and activities on Lac des Varennes
On site everything is provided for your welbeing!
- A sandy beach in the heart of the camp-site, ideal for games and animation for all age, enjoy the sun, or just simply enjoy doing nothing in the shades.
- Clear and high quality water for safe swimming.
- Playground for the children
** And in July and August, many activities and animation are organised for free, like :**
- A kids -club for the age of 4 to 10 years old, with tresure hunting, painting, preparation of shows, games, etc...
- Sports and activities for all ages through the day; like petanque tournements, volleyball, sight-seeing etc...
- Special evenings with musiciens, bingo, karaoke, kids-evening...
A leisure centre with numerous nautical and sports activities:
- Minigolf
- Tennis courts and a wall to practice. (The Tennis-club proposes a 3-days short course)
- Sailing voile, dans un club reconnu Ecole française de Voile par la Fédération
- Pedal boats
- Wall-climbing
- Horse-riding *
And we should not forget the fishing. The Varenes lake is a paradise for fisher-men. World famous for its karper (with a world record "Largest Karper") and for its trouts and many other different fish.
